1. Rocky Point Park And Beach

The Rocky Point Beach offers 375-acres of waterfront-land. This park was founded in 1969 by The Baltimore County Department of Recreation and Parks. This park provides picnic areas where visitors are also able to reserve a space for events and private parties. Other amenities include boating ramps, a fishing-pier and a big pavilion. Visitors are permitted to swim between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

2. Oregon Ridge Beach

The Baltimore City Paper, has stated that Oregon Ridge Beach happens to be one of the very best spots to swim within the Baltimore area. Situated in Cockeysville, which is just a 25 minute drive from Baltimore city, the Oregon Ridge Beach features 2 different regions where visitors are allowed to rent. This park does not allow alcohol or pets, but does allow swimming between Memorial Day and Labor Day. This beach is open every day from 10 am to 6 pm.

The Miami Beach Park is made up of 400-feet of beach over a 60-acre area. Situated in the city known as Middle River, this park offers a large pavilion, grills and a bathhouse. Guests are allowed to rent out the pavilion, while the rental fee is inclusive of admission for a maximum of 100 guests. The non-profit organizations that visit this park will receive a discount that is nominal in association to the rental charges. This park is well-known for its popular nature trails, attractive fishing opportunities and a playground to accommodate and entertain the kids.

4. Breezy Point Beach

Situated in Calvert County close to Baltimore, Breezy Point Beach provides a ½ mile stretch of beach. Activities at this beach include boating, volleyball and swimming along with camping opportunities. The convenience store at the beach also sells fishing supplies.
